Bible School Happenings
 The faithfulness of God was proclaimed & celebrated May 9 by
students, staff & 250 additional guests. The festivities
began in the early afternoon with 15 students giving personal testimony
of what Christ has done in their hearts by being baptised in Preedy
Harbour. The Commencement Ce remony followed & was rich with
meaning and significance as each student's personally chosen Scripture
verse was read aloud as they received their Bible School
certificates. A beautiful buffet banquet rounded out the day. We are thankful to the Lord for His continued work of transformation in
the lives of students as they seek to serve & follow Christ.
Conferences Are Happening
A thousand guests have come & gone since the conferencing season
began May 14. The Full Time Staff Team have been joined by
approximately 20 Support Staff for the privilege o f serving people in
the context of their custom planned conference. Whether it's a
public school class participating in an Outdoor Education Program or
ladies attending a weekend retreat, each event provides numerous
opportunities to share Christ Jesus and the truth & freedom found
only in Him.
Mid-Summer Breakaway
You
are invited to join us here at Capernwray Harbour this August 3-5 for
our Mid-Summer Breakaway youth weekend. It is our desire that
this weekend would be an opportunity for you, together with us, to
invest in a handpicked group of teens through a highly relational time
of “re-creation”.
Throughout this weekend’s activities and ga mes,
combined with solid teaching/discussion times from and around God’s Word, it is our intention that this would be a refreshing time of
encouragement and growth for each individual and group as God makes
Himself known to all.

rad ical, short term exposure to missions in Southeast Asia serving
within the Torchbearers network and offered through Capernwray Harbour. Mobilising teams of interns now: adventure with
purpose and challenge for growth! |
