Orchard House

"The Orchard House top floor has one large self-contained unit with a dining area, living room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The house may be available as one larger unit or as a one bedroom self-contained unit.
The living room/dining room area is very spacious and it includes a stage area with an antique grand piano. The modern kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils.
The upper floor has two wrap-around decks; one overlooks the orchard and horses fields; from the other deck you can watch the boats in Telegraph Harbour.
The Orchard House now has Bell Express TV and wireless internet available."

Overbury Farm Resort

"Overbury Farm Resort is a quiet, unspoiled oceanfront property of 14 acres with three sheltered beaches. It has been, since 1910, the home of the Forbes family who farmed here until the 1930's, when the farm failed in the Depression, Rupert Forbes turned his hand to building summer cottages for vacation rental from the lumber salvaged from the farm buildings.
The four cabins he constructed still stand and have served up to three generations of guests. Rupert's grandson Norm and his wife Arlene took over in 1990 and have continued to upgrade the historic resort. They have also started a vineyard, and are developing a farm-gate winery. There now exist 10 housekeeping cabins and lodging units in all. The farm also includes an organic vegetable garden and beautiful flower gardens."

Enjoy lovely views over the water towards Yellow Point on Vancouver Island. This cozy, comfortable and well-equipped cottage is set amongst arbutus and fir trees and there is a gentle slope down to its own shallow, white shell beach. The cottage has its own private parking. The 40' dock, situated in a sheltered bay, is available and easily accessible to cottage guests."
