 A quilting retreat at
Capernwray is my idea of heaven. The meals are gourmet and the
location is truly serene and awe inspiriing. The staff are
friendly and welcoming. The only thing better than one retreat
each year is two or three. I go home feeling rejuvenated each

Love the well lit,
bright, roomy "sewing studio". The grounds are a delight and
obviously lovingly cared for. I really appreciate Andy's cooking
from scratch approach, the food is nicely done. Many thanks.

What a pleasant surprise! The view of
the facilities from the ferry was very impressive. The buildings
and the grounds looked so clean and well kept.
Having meals with some of your students/workers made for some
interesting conversations and a feeling of welcome.
The room for our quilting retreat was well set up and with great
light. Thank you for having us.

To the Staff -
What a wonderful, wonderful facility for a quilt
retreat. The food is divine!! The young people are exemplary - our
nation is in good hands for the future for sure.
The only suggestion I would make is to have a chair in the shower
rooms so you can dress your feet easily when getting dressed. Keep

I come to quilt and go home with a
quilt and every time I look at my quilt, I think of the great
fellowship with the staff and wonderful time and great food I
shared with everyone.

The food has always been delicious and
even more so because I don't have to cook it. Accommodation is
good and the scenery and staff "out of this world". We have always
had a wonderful time when we come. We also actually do get some

Capernwray any better. The breathtaking beauty of the area and the
fellowship of other quilters, the staff and other guests send us
home from our retreat elated.

to a quilting retreat at Capernwray. I look forward to this
wonderful experience. The staff are so pleasant and cheerful. I
really enjoy the young students. The food is delicious and the

Capernwray:
After 3 retreats at Capernwray I can't
say enough about our time here. We have been treated royally by
the staff and our every request has been fulfilled as soon as
possible. The food is excellent and somehow improves every year.
Accommodation is very comfortable and staff is friendly, courteous
and helpful. Great to meet so many people from other areas. Thanks
